About Position:

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect with 12+ years of experience to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI Architecture, Agentic AI, and Python, with a proven track record of building scalable AI/ML, GenAI, LLM, and multi-agent systems. This role is responsible for defining AI architecture strategies, driving innovation, ensuring security and governance, and leading the successful deployment of customer-facing AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.

What You'll Do:

Manage full lifecycle of AI/ML and GenAI projects — from planning to deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, milestones, and deliverables.
Oversee sprint planning, progress tracking, and risk management.
Ensure quality, scalability, and business alignment of AI solutions.
Communicate project updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Proven experience designing and delivering production AI / LLM / chatbot / agent systems
Experience defining architecture for scalable, multi-service AI applications
Experience optimizing LLM cost, latency, and throughput in real-world deployments
Experience integrating structured data platforms, APIs, and data warehouses into chatbot / agent workflows (not limited to RAG use cases)
Experience designing testing, evaluation, and validation strategies for LLM-based systems
Experience implementing rate limiting, throttling, quota management, and cost controls
Experience with prompt engineering, system prompt design, and agent/tool orchestration
Experience building multi-step / multi-agent / tool-calling AI workflows
Experience with observability, logging, tracing, token tracking, and cost monitoring for AI systems
Experience mitigating hallucinations, prompt injections, unsafe output, and data leakage
