Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Training Design and Delivery:
o Develop and deliver training programs focused on behavioral skills, sales techniques,
customer handling, and objection handling.
o Customize training sessions for promoters based on their performance levels (e.g.,
low potential vs. high potential).
o Conduct grooming and presentation skills training to ensure promoters align with
Xiaomi’s brand standards.
2. Promoter Development
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience as a behavioral or sales trainer, preferably from a banking /
hospitality background.
• Proven ability to train and mentor large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Robust understanding of sales processes, customer service standards, and promoter
management
