As Director, Digital Learning, you will own the vision and strategy for digital
learning across Icertis Academy. This is a leadership role for someone who can
move fluidly between boardroom and storyboard: shaping learning strategy with
senior stakeholders, leading a multidisciplinary team of instructional
designers, eLearning developers, and designers, and championing AI-driven
innovation in how learning content is created, transformed, and delivered at
scale. The right candidate combines deep instructional design credibility with
proven people leadership and a track record of building learning programs that
measurably move the business.
