Job Summary

As a VP, Salesforce Engineer, you will own the design and delivery of complex,
end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce platform - integration orchestration,
compliance-grade workflows, and custom framework extensions within a large-scale
enterprise org. You operate independently:



given a problem, you determine the
technical approach and present architectural trade-offs. You will work within a
global engineering team, coordinating across time zones, driving technical
decisions, and ensuring work holds up at a scale. This role demands deep
expertise, strong engineering judgment, and the ability to lead through delivery
in a fast-paced, distributed workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-On Development: Design and build complex functionality using Apex, LWC,
Flows, and process automation - balancing declarative and custom coding.
Contribute to data model design and architecture decisions that support
long-term scalability.

Integration Engineering: Develop and maintain integration using REST/SOAP APIs,
Platform Events, Named Credentials, and External Objects.

Global Coordination: Collaborate daily with a distributed engineering team
