Afcons Infrastructure Limited is an Indian
multinational construction and engineering company based in Mumbai. The company
provides infrastructure services and is involved in the construction of
infrastructure projects such as viaducts, flyovers, metros, bridges, pipelines,
roads, ports, barrages, oil and gas projects etc

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 01

Commissioning Support:

* Assist the E&I; Commissioning Manager in the commissioning of electrical and
instrumentation systems related to storage tank facilities.
* Oversee and manage the commissioning team to ensure that work is completed in
a timely and secure manner.
* Coordinate with other project teams (Mechanical, Civil, etc.) to ensure
seamless integration of E&I; systems.
* Review and approve commissioning procedures and plans for the Electrical &
Instrumentation systems

Site Management:

* Monitor and ensure the safety of all E&I; commissioning activities on-site.
* Conduct site inspections to ensure that the E&I; installation work is in
accordance with approved design and project specifications.




* Resolve issues and delays arising during commissioning activities by liaising
with project teams and stakeholders

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 02

Testing and Handover:

* Supervise the testing and commissioning of E&I; equipment, including
electrical panels, control systems, instrumentation devices, and
communication systems.
* Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for the testing of equipment and
systems.
* Ensure proper documentation of all commissioning tests and handover
protocols, and assist in the final project documentation process.
* Provide support in preparing as-built drawings, manuals, and other technical
documents for client handover.

Troubleshooting and Support:

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the commissioning
phase.
* Work closely with the operations and maintenance teams to ensure smooth
transfer of systems to the operational phase.
