technology executive to shape and lead large-scale, multi‑tower Application
Development & Maintenance (ADM) programs for some of our most strategic global
clients. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who thrives at the
intersection of technology, transformation, customer engagement, and business
strategy.
As part of our senior Delivery Leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in
driving innovation, operational excellence, AI-led optimization, and
large-program governance within our ADM portfolio. You will influence key
customer decisions, steer major delivery programs, and collaborate with
cross-business leaders to strengthen our value proposition and accelerate growth

Key qualifications include:
* Must have 22+ years of experience in delivery of large & multi tower complex
ADM projects (TCV: 50 M+)
* Exposure to complete AM lifecycle of i.e. Solutioning, Transition, Steady
state & Optimization, Run & Build
* Design Thinking & innovative mindset with ability to drive strategic
initiatives for ADM portfolio
* Designed & developed tools & accelerators for ADM Application landscape
* Hands-on experience with AI/ML & GenAI for asset development & implementation
with a team of 15 – 20 people
* Good background working with technologies & Architecture frameworks - .Net,
Java, SFDC, Microservices, SAP/Package based Apps, non-SAP Applications
