Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer with 2–4 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and deliver business‑critical low‑code solutions. This role is suited for professionals who can work independently, take full ownership of solutions, and collaborate directly with business stakeholders while adhering to established platform standards and governance.

The Senior Power Platform Developer plays a key role in delivering scalable, reliable applications and automations using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, while contributing to continuous improvement of the platform and development practices.





Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑driven Apps) end to end.
• Build and manage Power Automate cloud flows, including approvals, expressions, and error handling.
• Design and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, and basic security roles.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and external systems.
• Work directly with business users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Apply ALM best practices including solutions, environments, and controlled deployments.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization of apps and flows.
• Support production deployments and independently resolve incidents and issues.
• Create and maintain solution documentation, technical notes, and design artifacts.
• Provide guidance and informal mentoring to junior developers.
