Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Agricultural Sales Representative role based in Khordha. The Agricultural Sales Representative will promote and sell contract farming project to walk-in customers, local farmers, retailers, and distributors.



Daily responsibilities include understanding product varieties and their growing conditions, explaining plant benefits and care requirements, and guiding customers to suitable selections. The role involves building and maintaining robust customer relationships, following up on leads, handling inquiries, and processing orders and payments. The representative will also support inventory checks, coordinate with horticulturists and nursery staff, assist in merchandising and display of plants, and contribute to local outreach or marketing activities to grow the customer base.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong sales and customer relationship skills, including consultative selling, negotiation, and basic lead management.
