Job Title: Senior Test Engineer - Workday Payroll.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Workday Tester with strong expertise in Workday Payroll and Bswift integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in validating Workday business processes, compensation, payroll, benefits integrations (especially Bswift), and compliance with US payroll standards.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Workday Payroll, Benefits based on business and functional requirements.
Perform detailed payroll testing, including earnings, deductions, gross-to-net calculations, tax setup, and bank file validation.
Validate Bswift benefits enrollment workflows, eligibility rules, and data exchange (PECI/EIB) between Workday and Bswift.
Execute manual and automated tests to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of the Workday Payroll and Benefits.
Conduct functional testing, integration testing,



regression testing, and performance testing to identify defects and ensure software stability.
Track and report defects using tools such as SmartSheets, JIRA or Servicenow and collaborate with developers and functional analysts to resolve issues.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Workday testing tools (e.g., Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder) to streamline the testing process and increase test coverage.
Validate EIBs, integrations, and reports between Workday and Bswift
Document test plans, test cases, test results, and other relevant artifacts to maintain thorough documentation and ensure traceability throughout the testing process.
Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
