Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Sponsorship Sales Executive. The role involves identifying and engaging potential sponsors for Tradepass conferences, expos, and training programs,



with a focus on technology and innovation-driven businesses. The Senior Sponsorship Sales Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, developing tailored sponsorship proposals, conducting pitch meetings, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The role includes maintaining long-term relationships with sponsors, understanding their business objectives, and ensuring that sponsorship deliverables are met. The individual will collaborate closely with marketing, production, and operations teams to align sponsorship packages with event content and audience profiles, while consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets and reporting on sales performance.
Qualifications
Strong sponsorship and B2B sales skills, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
Experience in events, conferences, or media sales, preferably within technology or innovation-driven sectors.
