We are hiring a Management Trainee who wants to learn how an AI startup grows from the inside. This role sits at the intersection ofgrowth, strategy, partnerships, and customer engagement. You will work directly with the founding team on high-impact initiatives that shape how we identify opportunities, engage potential partners, and position AI solutions in the market.

If you're curious about AI, startups, market dynamics, and how emerging technology turns into real business value, this role will give you hands-on exposure from day one.

Responsibilities

- Research emerging AI-native startups, product teams, and innovation leaders.
- Map industry trends, AI adoption patterns, and whitespace opportunities.
- Support experiments across new growth channels and partnership models.
- Help initiate and nurture conversations with founders, product leaders, and innovation teams.
- Participate in outreach initiatives across professional networks and digital channels.
- Assist in building long-term relationships within the AI and startup ecosystem.
- Contribute to tracking opportunity pipelines and maintaining internal growth dashboards.
- Support internal processes that ensure smooth follow-ups and structured opportunity management.




- Help document prospect insights that inform solution positioning and future engagement.
- Assist in preparing decks, one-pagers, case studies, and tailored briefs for different industry segments.
- Help translate technical AI capabilities into clear business value narratives.
- Join strategy discussions and customer conversations.
- Shadow demos and discovery calls to understand how AI solutions are scoped and pitched.
- Synthesise customer feedback into actionable insights for product and delivery teams.

Requirements

- Recent MBA graduate or final-year MBA student.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Natural relationship builder with curiosity about people, products, and markets.
- Strong interest in AI, B2B SaaS, startups, and emerging technology.
- Self-starter mindset with high ownership and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and moving quickly in a quick-changing environment.
- Located in or willing to relocate to Kolkata.
