Role Description The Management Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Lodhika. The role involves overseeing day-to-day management operations, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring quality standards, conducting employee training, and facilitating communication between departments. The Management Representative will also play a key role in driving sales initiatives,
analyzing business processes, and ensuring overall organizational efficiency.
