About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support strategy implementation and transformation projects.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with clients to address operational challenges.
- Assist in developing tools and frameworks to enhance organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- B.Tech with Proven experience in Management role.
- Certification like CA/ CS/ CFA/ CMA Preferred.
- Master's degree in business Administration (MBA).
Required Skills
- 4 – 8 years of work experience.
- Exposure to business consulting will be a plus point.
- Robust analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- A passion for solving complex problems and delivering value to clients.
- Cross-functional exposure.
- Ability to join immediately or within a maximum 15-day notice period.
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities.
- Advanced analytical skills.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management.
- Experience reporting directly to CXOs, Directors, and Founders.
- Familiarity with cross-functional and cross-domain collaboration along with strong communication and conversational skills.
- Recognition through awards or high-performance achievements.
- Ability to influence effectively through conversations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience: Total Experience: upto 8 years only.
- Minimum 4 years of experience.
