Job Summary
We are looking for a Payroll Operations Specialist with 46 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing. The candidate will be responsible for payroll execution, payroll validation, statutory compliance, payroll audits, employee support, and coordination with internal teams and third-party payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end payroll processes for assigned countries or employee populations.
- Review and validate payroll inputs, including time & attendance, variable pay, employee data changes, and statutory deductions.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with company policies and local legislation.
- Review payroll reports and resolve discrepancies before payroll finalization.
- Coordinate with third-party payroll providers to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Respond to payroll-related queries from employees, managers, and stakeholders.
- Support employees and managers on payroll processes, policies, and Time & Attendance systems.
- Perform payroll audits and data validation to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Investigate payroll discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain payroll documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Support implementation of payroll policies, process improvements, and system enhancements.
- Contribute to payroll standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, data privacy regulations, and statutory obligations.
