Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain the company's software products and services in Malayalam.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt support.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Update customer details and maintain CRM records.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Eligibility





- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam (Mandatory).
- Basic English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, and Internet).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
