Our mission is to normalize mental health conversations, reduce stigma, and offer compassionate, evidence-based care for concerns like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct individual therapy sessions in Malayalam and English
- Perform intake and psychological assessments
- Develop and maintain tailored treatment plans
- Maintain clear and ethical clinical documentation
- Collaborate with fellow psychologists and support staff
- Contribute to workshops, wellness initiatives, and psychoeducational content

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology (mandatory)
- 2 to 5 years of experience in therapy and psychological assessments
- Fluency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written)




- Strong clinical judgment with a compassionate, ethical, and client centered approach
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, team based environment
- Comfortable appearing in videos or contributing to psychoeducational content when required
- Only candidates with final degree certificates are eligible to apply
