Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Majesco Distribution Management (DM) Developer to design, develop, customize, and support Majesco Distribution Management solutions for the insurance industry. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the Majesco platform, Distribution Management modules, and insurance business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions using Majesco Distribution Management (DM).

Configure and customize Distribution Management components based on business requirements.

Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external applications.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Support system enhancements,



deployments, and production releases.

Prepare technical documentation and provide production support when required.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Majesco Distribution Management (DM).

Good knowledge of insurance distribution processes, including agents, brokers, commissions, and producer management.

Experience in developing, configuring, and customizing Majesco applications.

Strong programming skills in Java, Spring, and related technologies.

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and system integrations.

Good understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.

Experience with source code management tools such as Git.

Robust analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
