The ideal candidate should have 816 years of experience in the Auto Ancillaries, Automotive, Heavy Engineering, or Steel industry and hold a B.E./M.E. in Mechanical Engineering or an MBA/PGDBM . The role requires expertise in breakdown analysis, RCA, preventive maintenance, MTBF/MTTR, asset reliability, Kaizen, SOP implementation, team management, and EHS/LOTO compliance to drive equipment reliability and continuous improvement.
