Ideal Qualification
Industrial Background: Candidate should be from Telecom and Internet Service Providers
Education: B.E in ENTC/ Mechanical/ Electrical/EEE
Experience: 10 -15 years
1.Maintain and update the asset master
- Monitor performance of the vendors against defined SLAs
- Ensure compliance to defined SLA/KPIs
- Execute O&M; activities for inside plant electronics (ISP)
- Ascertain compliance to health, safety, setting and fire policies
- Propose and implement energy optimization initiatives
- Provide leadership to outsourced infrastructure maintenance team
- Coordinate with network operations center for network management
- Ensure adherence to quality management standards
- Ascertain compliance to preventive and corrective maintenance,
standards for fibre and utility equipment, Liason with statutory bodies and authorities
- Maintain reliability of optical fiber network, uptime of fiber and, utility equipment
- Collaborate with infrastructure maintenance core team for, maintaining network performance and upgradation
- Should have knowledge on RF Backhaul/Transmission
