Role Description The Maintenance Manager role at Kumar Labels is a full-time, in office position based in Noida.

The Maintenance

Manager will oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment and facility infrastructure to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules, diagnosing equipment issues, coordinating repairs, and minimizing downtime. The role involves supervising maintenance staff, managing maintenance records, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Manager will collaborate closely with production and quality teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and optimize equipment performance.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead maintenance teams, delegate tasks, and monitor performance.

Candidates should possess Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills to troubleshoot, service, and repair machinery and facility systems.

Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management skills to develop schedules, manage workflows, and reduce unplanned downtime.

Relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably in printing, packaging, or related industries.

Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, and familiarity with maintenance tools and safety protocols.

Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain maintenance logs and use basic maintenance software or ERP systems.

Diploma or degree in engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related technical field is preferred.

Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and respond promptly to operational needs.
