We're Hiring: Maintenance Manager (Bakery Operations)

Location: Noida (In-office)

At The Cinnamon Kitchen , we're building one of India's fastest-growing premium bakery brands. We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to ensure our production machinery, utilities, and facility operations run efficiently with minimum downtime.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown management, utility operations, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing facility.

What you'll own

- Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance for all production machinery
- Lead breakdown maintenance and ensure minimum machine downtime
- Manage maintenance of bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, proofers, packaging machines, conveyors, and utility systems
- Coordinate installation, commissioning, servicing of new machinery and maintain AMC.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and SOPs
- Monitor machine performance and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Maintain critical spare parts inventory and coordinate with the Purchase team
- Work closely with Production, QA, and Operations teams to ensure smooth plant operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety, statutory,



and safety standards
- Lead and train the team while driving operational excellence

What we're looking for

- 4–8 years of experience in Maintenance within the Food Manufacturing or Bakery industry
- Experience handling bakery production equipment such as ovens, mixers, proofers, packaging machines, compressors, boilers, and refrigeration systems
- Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, and root cause analysis
- Strong troubleshooting and team management skills
