iPUMPNET is looking for a Maintenance Head with a background at a reputed pump manufacturing company to join our reliability team. This is a diagnostic role focused on identifying issues in pumping systems, not a pumping-station operations or maintenance-execution role.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify performance drift and operational faults within pumping systems. Apply practical, hands-on knowledge of pump behavior to catch early warning signs that others might miss.
Flag issues proactively to the reliability team rather than carrying out on-site repair work directly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Prior hands-on experience at an OEM or field-service role within a pump manufacturing workplace.
Strong diagnostic instincts built on real operational exposure to pumping sets.
Ability to clearly distinguish design, operational, and maintenance-related issues from one another.
