Position: Maintenance Engineer
Department: Maintenance
Location: Satara, Maharashtra, India
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide maintenance team members while ensuring workplace safety.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Inspect machinery and equipment to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Coordinate repair, installation, and project-related activities.
- Maintain maintenance records, logs, and daily activity reports.
- Monitor maintenance budgets and expenditures.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures.
- Coordinate maintenance work performed by external vendors.
Requirements:
- Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 57 years of experience in a mechanical or electrical maintenance department.
- Positive knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and maintenance documentation.
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate with internal departments and vendors.
