1. Assemble, install, equip, and commission systems in machines, production lines, and energy distribution facilities.
2. Assemble, install and repair of tools (punching, bending tools,..)
3. Set up , operate connect computer-, sensor-, pneumatic-, and hydraulic-controlled monitoring and automation devices to ensure smooth operations
4. Read, interpret, and occasionally draft circuit, switch, and assembly diagrams to plan installations accurately.
5. Compile material lists , manufacture spare parts and components in accordance with technical standards ,coordinate necessary auxiliary components with vendors. .
6. Hands on experience in processes such as drilling, turning, milling, grinding, parting, welding etc.
7. Systematically isolate, diagnose, and rectify complex faults, defects, and malfunctions in components and machinery.
8. Maintain meticulous technical records, operating instructions, warranty cards, installation plans, and maintenance logs according to safety standards.
9. Perform regular maintenance and service work on machines, production systems, utilities compressor , forklifts, cranes
