REQUIREMENT

MAINTENANCE ENGINEER ELECTRICAL

WORK LOCATION - HOSUR

Experience: 4 to 6 yrs

Education: BE / Diploma

Job Requirements:

1. Hands-on experience with CNC/VMC/HMC machines, presses, conveyors, gearboxes, leak testers & honing machines (NTC, MAG, Heller, Nagel).
2. Should have hands-on experience in CNC machine shop (or) Automobile Assembly line (or) Engine Manufacturing plant (or) PLC knowledge.
3. Robust expertise in Electrical Maintenance troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, AC/DC motors, servo systems,



Siemens PLC controls & FANUC robots.
4. Ability to read & interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, ladder logic & technical manuals, along with precise repair/replacement of mechanical parts.
5. Experience in driving Kaizen, Poka-Yoke & Continuous Improvement with in-house servicing of spares.
6. Passion for achieving Zero Breakdowns, Plant Efficiency, 5S Practices & Smooth Engine Shop/Powertrain Operations.
