Role Description The Machine Operator is a full-time, in office role based at Aerolam’s Bavla facility. The person in this role will operate and monitor production machinery used in the manufacturing of insulation materials and related products, following established safety and operating procedures.

Responsibilities include setting up machines, performing routine checks, adjusting equipment parameters, and ensuring continuous, efficient production.

The Machine





Operator will inspect materials and finished goods for quality, report any defects or equipment issues, and assist with basic maintenance and cleaning of machines and work areas. The role also involves working closely with supervisors and team members to meet production targets and maintain a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

- Ability to operate and monitor production equipment, with skills in Machine Operation and working with Machinery.
- Experience performing Quality Control checks on materials and finished products to meet production standards.
- Proficiency in using basic Hand Tools for adjustments, minor repairs, and routine machine maintenance.
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, team members, and other departments as needed.
- Understanding of workplace safety practices and ability to follow safety guidelines consistently.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial production is preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts and in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Bavla.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanical or industrial fields is an advantage.
