Role Description As a Machine Learning Engineer at Lovas IT, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that power intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and data-driven decision-making for client solutions. In this full time remote role, you will work closely with software engineers, data teams, and solution architects to translate business requirements into robust ML pipelines and production-ready systems.

Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and prototyping algorithms, building and training models (including neural network architectures), evaluating performance using statistical methods, and optimizing models for scalability and reliability.



You will contribute to integrating ML components into existing web platforms, Salesforce workflows, and AI tools, while documenting methodologies, monitoring model behavior, and iterating based on real-world feedback.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Statistics for modeling, feature engineering, and performance evaluation.
- Experience with Neural Networks and modern ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) for building and deploying models.
- Ability to design and implement Algorithms for machine learning, optimization, and large-scale data processing.
- Hands-on experience with Python or similar languages, and familiarity with ML tooling, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Understanding of data pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps practices (versioning, monitoring, and retraining).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with integrating ML solutions into enterprise systems (e.g., web apps, CRMs, or workflow automation tools) is a plus.
