Engineer (Electrical Sales)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated

Sr.Sales Engineer with 2–3 years of proven experience in electrical product sales

. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong sales acumen to drive business growth, build client relationships, and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electrical products sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

- Provide technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.

- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, and operations) to deliver customer-focused solutions.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Must-Have Skills

- Good knowledge of electrical products, systems, and solutions preferable Switchgear and LT panels

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.





- Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into customer benefits.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.

- 2–3 years of experience in electrical sales or technical sales.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Attributes

- Experience in handling industrial clients, EPC contractors, or government tenders.

- Knowledge of local market trends and competitor landscape.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
