Da’Villas is a fast-growing startup redefining premium villa stays and curated travel experiences across India. We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Luxury Travel Sales Consultant to join our team and help customers discover premium stays, memorable getaways, and curated travel experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, customer interaction, and building relationships while growing in the luxury travel and hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend luxury villas, stays, and curated travel experiences.
- Manage the complete sales journey from inquiry to booking confirmation.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.
- Upsell premium stays, add-on experiences, and customized travel packages.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure a smooth booking experience.
- Update CRM records and maintain accurate sales reports.
- Coordinate with operations teams for seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Travel, Hospitality, Tourism, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Passion for travel, luxury experiences, and hospitality.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to achieve sales goals.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
