Looking for a co-founder. Not a job — equity, ownership, and a hard problem. I'm building a product that gets Indian micro-businesses online: kirana shops, salons, tuition centres, clinics. A one-page website, WhatsApp lead capture, business email, and online ordering with UPI payment — for ₹93 a month, all-in.
The catch that makes it work: the shop owner never touches a website builder. A three-minute phone call collects the details and the system builds everything. Done-for-you, not do-it-yourself.
Where it stands: the platform is roughly 70% built and working. Payments, domains, deployment automation, telecaller CRM — all functional. Company registered, GST in process. What it doesn't have yet: a single paying customer.
That's deliberate — I wanted the product real before selling. Now it's real. What I'm looking for: someone who can sell to shopkeepers.
Not enterprise SaaS sales — walking into a market, talking to a kirana owner in his own language, building a network of agents and trade-association relationships.
If you've done FMCG distribution, field sales, or built a telecaller team in a tier-2 city, that's the shape. Based in Varanasi. Open to anyone who knows these markets anywhere in UP or nearby. What's on offer: meaningful equity, standard vesting, and a genuine seat at the table.
No salary for now — I'm bootstrapping. I'll bring the product, and the tech to get started. I need someone who can put it in front of ten thousand shopkeepers. DM me if this sounds like your kind of problem.
