Job Title: Logistics Executive

Reporting To: Cluster Logistics Manager

Key Role & Duties:

- To manage dispatches as per plan, inventory control.
- Truck tracking, production & planning activity.
- Security and safety of empty glasses within plant.
- Implement software to keep track of empty glasses for production purpose.
- Developing and updating the stacking system of empty warehouse according to brand.
- To make glass available to the production department as per forecast.
- To keep track of glass belonging to other plant sent for filling.
- Put up a system and monitor the same for maintaining a glass database of flavor and pack wise glass at the Plant/Factory.
- To develop and ensure an adequate systems and processes for daily reconciliation of glasses.
- Help HR department while negotiating rates with labour contract for shipping department.
- Help the Logistics Manager in identifying and negotiating with transporters for outsourcing of primary haulage.
- Optimizing the labour productivity of workers of shipping department.
- Use tools and system aids/measures to measure increase the efficiency of entire shipping department.
