The Logistics Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse logistics operations, ensuring timely inbound and outbound movement of goods, inventory accuracy, transportation coordination, and operational efficiency. The role focuses on delivering excellent service to retail stores and customers while maintaining cost, quality, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.

Ensure timely replenishment of inventory to retail stores and customer delivery hubs.

Coordinate with transport partners to achieve on-time deliveries and optimize freight costs.

Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.

Lead warehouse teams to achieve productivity, quality, and safety targets.





Optimize warehouse space utilization and improve operational workflows.

Track key warehouse KPIs such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), inventory accuracy, dispatch turnaround time, and logistics cost.

Collaborate with Procurement, Planning, Retail Operations, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution.

Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and health & safety standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.

MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain or Operations is preferred.
