Job Role

- Loan Executive (Secured & Unsecured Loans)

- Generate business opportunities by sourcing customers for secured and unsecured loans.

- Acquire customers through field visits, references, and cold calling.

- Manage the complete loan process from customer sourcing to loan disbursement.

- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.

- Coordinate with customers, banks, and NBFCs for smooth loan approval and disbursement.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective customer acquisition.

- Travel across Maharashtra for business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through field activities and customer references.

- Promote and sell secured and unsecured loan products.

- Conduct customer meetings and understand their financial requirements.

- Collect, verify, and submit loan-related documents.





- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing.

- Follow up with customers throughout the loan journey.

- Maintain customer relationships and provide proper support.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
