Role Description The LMS Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. This role is responsible for administering, configuring, and maintaining the Learning Management System, including user accounts, roles, and permissions. The LMS Specialist will upload and organize training content, create and manage courses and learning paths, and ensure smooth enrollment and completion tracking.

Daily tasks include troubleshooting user issues, coordinating with trainers and content creators, generating reports on learner progress, and ensuring data accuracy. The role also involves optimizing system features, supporting onboarding and training initiatives,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the overall learning experience. Qualifications

Solid understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration, configuration, and user management.

Experience with course creation, content upload, and organizing learning paths or curricula.

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with IT or vendors, and maintain system performance.

Skills in tracking learner progress, generating reports, and interpreting training data for stakeholders.

Good communication and collaboration abilities to work with trainers, subject matter experts, and other teams.

Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills for handling multiple courses and users.

Experience in corporate training, e-learning, or education technology is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, HR, IT, Business, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.

Comfort working on-site in Chandigarh and engaging regularly with internal teams and learners. EXPERIENCE:2-5 Years
