Role Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled ReactJS Frontend Lead to lead the design and development of intuitive, high-performance, and scalable user interfaces for enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on React expertise with technical leadership, sound UI/UX judgment, and the ability to guide teams in building modern, responsive, and maintainable frontend solutions. This role requires close collaboration with backend, architecture, product, and design teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Frontend Technical Leadership
Lead the frontend development efforts across one or more product teams.
Act as the go-to technical expert for ReactJS and frontend architecture.
Translate business and UX requirements into robust technical solutions.




Define and enforce frontend coding standards, best practices, and design guidelines.
Drive technical decisions related to frameworks, libraries, tooling, and performance optimization.
2. Frontend Architecture & Design
Design scalable and modular frontend architectures using ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Establish component-driven and reusable UI patterns.
Architect state management solutions using Redux, Context API, or equivalent libraries.
Ensure high performance, accessibility, security, and cross-browser compatibility.
Collaborate with application architects and backend teams to align frontend and backend contracts (APIs).
3. Hands-on Development
Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, Hooks, and functional component patterns.
Develop responsive and interactive web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and contemporary UI frameworks.
