We are looking for a Technical Lead with 6-10 years of experience to lead the design and implementation of AI and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, SQL, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and contemporary data architectures.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI and analytics solutions.
Mentor and guide a team of developers and data scientists.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed.
Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, ML, and data engineering.
Architect and build robust data pipelines and ML models.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
6-10 years of experience in software development and data analytics.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, etc.) is a plus.
Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
