◉Job Summary for CRE :
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) who will be responsible for managing customer interactions, supporting sales activities, and executing digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills along with a good understanding of digital tools and customer engagement practices.
◉Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction & Support
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and customer queries in a skilled manner
Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve customer concerns efficiently
Lead Generation & Sales Support
Convert inquiries into qualified business leads




Schedule appointments and support the sales team in closing deals
Complaint Resolution
Address customer complaints promptly and ensure timely resolution
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Ensure smooth after-sales support and customer retention
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate and updated customer records in CRM systems
Generate reports on customer interactions and sales activities
Feedback Collection
Collect and analyze customer feedback
Identify areas for service and process improvement
Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns
Content & Social Media Management
Manage company social media platforms
Plan and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Anal
