In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical engineering teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership. You won't just be tracking tasks you will own project plans, anticipate risks before they happen, and ensure transparent, straightforward communication across departments. If you thrive on turning technical ambiguity into clear, actionable plans and can speak comfortably with both a software engineer and a business leader, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
1. Stakeholder Management & Candid Communication
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact between Engineering, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.
Candid & Clear Articulation: Communicate project status, trade-offs, and blockers with honesty, clarity, and zero fluff,



ensuring both technical and non-technical stakeholders understand the "why" behind decisions.
Senior Leadership Updates: Craft concise, accurate executive summaries and deliver candid status reports to senior leadership, keeping them informed without swamping them in jargon.
2. Technical Execution & Delivery
Project Ownership: Build, maintain, and track detailed project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation from kickoff through launch.
Technical Understanding: Translate product requirements into actionable technical tasks alongside engineering leads, ensuring scope clarity and feasible estimates.
Risk Management & Problem Solving: Actively spot dependencies, bottlenecks, and scope creep early. Facilitate quick resolution meetings to keep timelines on track.
