Senior AWS DevOps Engineer (AWS & Kubernetes)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior AWS DevOps Engineer to build, manage, support, and continuously improve cloud platform capabilities. The role requires a hands-on technical leader with strong expertise in AWS DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, scripting, and team leadership. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive automation, enhance platform reliability, implement operational best practices, and accelerate software delivery through continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, manage, and optimize cloud platform capabilities leveraging AWS DevOps best practices.
Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and productive software delivery.
Drive automation initiatives across infrastructure provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
Lead and mentor team members, promoting DevOps culture, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
Partner with development, operations, product owners,



and scrum teams to improve platform maturity and operational excellence.
Implement and support containerized solutions using Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
Participate in platform backlog grooming, planning, prioritization, and execution of automation initiatives.
Develop and maintain scripts to automate operational tasks and streamline deployment workflows.
Establish and maintain common standards, practices, deployment paths, and platform capabilities across teams.
Support production environments and ensure platform reliability, scalability, security, and performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align platform vision with organizational infrastructure and cloud strategies.
Actively share knowledge through coaching, technical guidance, and collaborative problem-solving.
