The Role

We're looking for a hands-on SEO Executive who will own our organic search and AI search strategy day-to-day. Your job is to grow qualified organic traffic and brand visibility on Google and AI answer engines from CTOs and engineering leaders in the US searching for offshore development, staff augmentation, and engineering team scaling solutions.
This isn't a "run an audit and hand off a spreadsheet" role. You'll plan, execute, and be accountable for movement in rankings, traffic, AI citations, and organic pipeline contribution.

Key Responsibilities
Keyword Research and Prioritization
Do keyword research across top-of-the-funnel,



middle-of-the-funnel, and bottom-of-funnel queries relevant to CTOs and engineering leaders
Map keywords to funnel stage, intent, content and buyer role, not just search volume.
Build and maintain a prioritization framework (volume, difficulty, intent, business value, existing page equity) to decide what gets built or optimized first, rather than working off arbitrary requests
Continuously mine competitor gaps, AI answer engines, and People Also Ask/related-search data, trends for emerging keyword opportunities
Content SEO
Translate the keyword research to content roadmap and calendar that moves prospects from top-of-funnel awareness queries down to hire-intent, ready-to-talk queries.
Write detailed content briefs with target keyword and intent, questions to answer, competitor gaps to close, internal links to include, and a recommended structure - so writers/subject-matter experts produce conte
