Prioritize safety and airworthiness compliance to deliver high-quality Service Bulletins (SBs) to customers on time. Provide timely responses to customer queries and support the Service Bulletin (SB) embodiment process.
Responsibilities
Interpret and analyze the design definitions and installation principles related to Airframe Structures, specifically for Hydro-Meca, Cabin and Cargo systems
Collect and synthesize source documents, including TRS/MAS, Design Drawings, SB preparation files, and 3D Design datasets
Perform Technical analysis:




Evaluate Pre-MOD vs. Post-MOD solutions
Define SB Configuration for the given MSN(s) applicable
Determine aircraft access requirements
Calculate man-hour estimates for SB embodiment
Develop the List of Components (LOC), identifying Long Lead Items (LLI), wiring bundles and placard set(s)
Coordinate the procurement of essential data, including Weight & Balance, Electrical Load Data, SB Test and impacts on Operational & Maintenance manuals
Author Service Bulletins within SAMM-DACAS, defining accomplishment tasks and detailed installation/removal procedures
Analyze 3D source files to develop mock-ups and generate technical illustrations using Tec-Draw tool
Proofread Service Bulletins from internal production centers to ensure full compliance with Airbus standards
Review and approve supplier-generated Service Bulletins to verify adherence to Airbus quality and safety standards
