We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Risk Coordinator to join the Clinical Governance and Quality Team. This NHS Borders wide role will support the coordination and management of clinical adverse events, facilitate high-quality reviews and promote a culture of learning, safety and continuous improvement. The post holder will provide specialist advice on incident reporting, human factors and investigation processes, while supporting staff across services to apply a just culture approach. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to analyse data, identify trends and drive improvement activity, ensuring compliance with national frameworks including the Duty of Candour. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in clinical risk,
patient safety or quality improvement who is passionate about enhancing care and outcomes for patients and families.
