About the Role
We’re hiring a Complex Solutions Engineer to join our Level 3 Engineering Support team. This role is for an engineer who is energized by difficult production problems, especially those that do not neatly fit within a single product, service, or support boundary.
At its core, this is a solution engineering role. The work centers on understanding how systems interact, troubleshooting across technologies, taking ownership of complex issues, and turning hard-won lessons into better tools, stronger processes, and more reliable services.
