We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce B2B Technical Architect with over 11 years of IT experience and deep expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce (Lightning & Headless). The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end technical architecture,
leading cross-functional engineering teams to design scalable, API-first commerce solutions. You will act as the subject matter expert on Experience Cloud (LWR templates), Headless storefronts, and Order Management System (OMS) design.
Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Strategy & Design
End-to-End Architecture: Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions (LWR & Headless) aligned with enterprise business goals.
Headless Implementation: Design headless commerce architectures utilizing Commerce APIs, REST APIs, and Composite APIs to support flexible front-end experiences.
Multi-Cloud Integration: Lead cross-cloud architecture spanning Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, Loyalty, and B2B Commerce to ensure unified customer identity.
Complex Flows: Lead the technical design for complex checkout processes, pricing engines, multi-catalog strategies, and promotion flows across multi-market deploy
