About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join Outreach Legal and P2P team. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle while partnering closely with Procurement (P2P), Legal, Finance, Privacy, Security, HR, IT, and other business stakeholders.




The ideal candidate will have substantial experience supporting a SaaS-based multinational company and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, global workplace. The successful candidate will possess strong commercial contracting expertise, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to provide practical, business-oriented solutions while effectively managing contractual and commercial risks.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:
Commercial Contracting
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide variety of commercial agreements, including:
Customer Agreements
Vendor Agreements
Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
Statements of Work (SOWs)
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
Partnership and Reseller Agreements
Review contract requests and identify legal, commercial, financial, and operational risks.
Conduct initial review of Zip purchase requests, vendor contracting documents, and privacy/security review results to assess risk level and determine matters requiring escalatio
