Talent Acquisition Business Partner

As a strategic advisor to the business, the #Ja-job_title serves as the primary link between workforce planning and hiring execution. You will partner with business leaders, department heads, and HR to translate workforce requirements into actionable, market-informed hiring strategies that strengthen operational performance and enable sustainable business growth. In this role, you ensure that talent priorities, headcount plans, and capability needs are fully aligned with the company’s strategic direction.

You will lead demand planning, provide market intelligence, and drive alignment across stakeholders to ensure hiring outcomes are predictable, timely, and fit-for-purpose across the Philippines. As the owner of hiring strategy for your portfolio, you will build and maintain solid stakeholder relationships, set direction for funnel performance, and orchestrate delivery through TA Delivery Partners, Sourcers, and Employer Branding/Operations teams. Ultimately,



you are accountable for ensuring Talent Acquisition operates as a true business partner—advising leaders, mitigating risks, and enabling the organization to meet its growth and performance goals.

In This Role You Will

Workforce Planning & Demand Strategy
Align workforce plans with business growth, attrition trends, and local labor market conditions across the Philippines.
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to forecast headcount, skills requirements, and budget considerations.
Translate workforce plans into actionable recruiting strategies-including build/buy/borrow models, location optimization, sourcing channels, and hiring timelines.

Stakeholder Leadership & Strategic Advisory
Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition advisor for Director–VP level business leaders.
Provide guidance on organizational design, role architecture, leveling, and hiring trade-offs (speed vs. quality vs. cost)
