Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales for our IT Infrastructure Services business. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in selling IT infrastructure services, telecom services, networking solutions, managed services, or related technology services. This role requires strong client relationship management, lead generation, and business development skills.

Note: We are specifically looking for candidates with service sales experience. Candidates with only product sales or SaaS sales experience are not suitable for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through field sales, networking, referrals, and market research.
Meet prospective clients, understand their business requirements, and propose suitable IT Infrastructure and Managed Service solutions.




Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and corporate customers.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions to convert opportunities into business.
Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Work closely with the technical and pre-sales teams to prepare proposals and commercial quotations.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers to generate repeat business.
Track market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in B2B sales of IT Infrastructure Services, Telecom Services, Networking Services, Managed Services, System
