Join Computacenter's Cyber Operations team as an IAM Operations Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant Identity & Access Management (IAM) services across the organization. You will lead a globally distributed team responsible for identity lifecycle management, access provisioning and de-provisioning, request fulfilment, incident response, periodic access reviews, audit support, and operational reporting.
Working closely with the Head of IDAM, Cyber Operations leadership, GRC, BISO, OCIO, Product Managers, Platform Owners, and other key stakeholders, you will help drive operational excellence, strengthen security controls, and enhance the overall user access experience across Computacenter's global workplace.

What you’ll do
Leadership & Service Delivery

Lead, motivate, and develop a globally distributed IAM Operations team.
Define, implement,



and continuously improve global IAM operational services.
Establish and maintain services supporting audit, reporting, and periodic access review activities.
Act as the final escalation point for IAM operational issues and identity management disputes.
Drive operational excellence through service metrics, KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

IAM Operations Management

Own and oversee Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes across the enterprise.
Ensure timely provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts and access entitlements across all corporate systems.
Manage IAM request fulfilment services and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
Deliver operational metrics and analytics on service performance and request fulfilment activities.
Coordinate 24x7 IAM incident response support and manage escalations to appropriate technical teams.
