Requirements:
Be the Workday subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Advanced Compensation
Conduct working sessions with stakeholders to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements. Assess actual stakeholder needs and propose recommendations and⁄or alternative solutions to meet stakeholder goals. Advise stakeholders on best practices, recognize, and recommend process improvements, and implement system enhancements.
Design, configure, test, and deploy business requirements for Workday Advanced Compensation module while remaining versatile to stakeholders' changing needs.
Lead, consult, execute, and prioritize conflicting demands on medium to high complexity projects across multiple, concurrent stakeholders without supervision for area(s) of expertise.
Frequently discusses, and can articulate to stakeholders, lessons learned from previous stakeholder experience,
