Job Overview

We are seeking a Global Taxation Specialist to lead international tax operations and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This role requires deep expertise in global transfer pricing, Indian corporate taxation, and US corporate and international tax systems. You will play a pivotal role in strategic tax planning, cross-border structuring, and governance as HRV Pharma scales its global presence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and review global transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local File, CbCR) in alignment with OECD standards.
Oversee Indian and US tax compliance, audits, returns, and regulatory filings.
Lead tax planning for cross-border structuring, royalty flows, and intercompany transactions.
Partner with Finance, Strategy, and Business Development teams to design tax frameworks for new regional expansions.
Assess tax implications of M&A;, joint ventures, and current market entries.
Engage with external tax advisors, regulators, and networks to align global strategies with best practices.
Monitor global tax reforms such as BEPS 2.0, Pillar 2, GILTI,



and FDII, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
Drive tax governance, documentation control, and process digitization through ERP and automation tools.

Qualifications & Requirements

Professional Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent.
Experience: 7- 9 years in international taxation, preferably in Big 4 or large multinational environments.
Technical Expertise:
OECD-aligned transfer pricing frameworks
Indian corporate tax laws and compliance
US international tax and reporting structures
Strong foundation in MNE tax structuring, DTAAs, and global transaction planning.
Excellent analytical and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration experience.
Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Alteryx, or other ERP / tax technology platforms.
